Deckel

A new use is to be created for the area of the former building from the company Deckel.
The original shape of the covered hall with its U-shape delimits this project, which is why the northern block was omitted in the conversion. The design is based on the idea of giving back a public and central place to the otherwise closed environment. Due to its open shape there are visual references possible. This interaction thrives for usable space and gets its quality from the transparency. Floor one and two, the existing ones, are enlivened by outside customers. The floors above are filled with studios and a kindergarten with apartements above on the other side.
